Roger Sanchez


The S-Man was born on 1967, in Queens, New York. Roger Sanchez’s musical roots go back to the mid ‘80s, when the then-teenage breakdancer started DJing, and became fascinated with the new house music making its way to his hometown of New York from Chicago.

He's been active for 20 years, and in 2003, he won his first Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording for his remix of No Doubt's "Hella Good".

Sanchez is a world reknown dj, playing to large crowds across Europe and the Americas. He also hosts a weekly Release Yourself terrestrial and online radio show which reaches over 15 million listeners worldwide.
