Irish Pubs are losing ground in New York City

High rent and nightlife trends are forcing many traditional pubs to close their doors.


In a city that continues to grow, and where a cramp basement studio apatment can fetch a $1200 rent tag, traditional bars are having a hard time paying the bills, reports the Daily News.
